Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If a Client no-shows or arrives late to an appointment, the Client is not eligible for a partial refund, complete refund or a rescheduled meeting. If the Client provides at least 48 hours notice of the need to reschedule an appointment, there will be no reschedule change fee for the first time change request received by the Company. In the event a Client needs to reschedule an appointment with the Company, if less than 48 hours of notice is given to the Company by the Client, the Company may reschedule the appointment once, though up to a $50 dollar rescheduling fee will apply, and must be paid by the Client to the Company prior to rescheduling the appointment.
